- Partnership Brokers provide support and expertise to assist business and industry to enter into partnership arrangements that support the learning and development of young people and contribute to the skills and knowledge of the future workforce.
- Partnerships provide opportunities for business to engage with young people, promote their industry and themselves as employers of choice and actively involve their current workforce in young people’s learning.
- The program supports business and industry to engage with the community and meet its corporate social responsibilities through sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Rather than providing temporary solutions to workforce needs, the Partnership Brokers program seeks greater commitment and sustained engagement from business and industry through mutually beneficial partnership arrangements.
- The program provides partnership brokerage services to small and medium enterprises as well as national and international businesses.
