White Card - Construction Safety Induction

The Workplace Health and Safety Act requires all employees and work experience students on a building site to hold a "White Card". This card can only be obtained by successfully completing a Building and Construction General Safety Induction course.

As a Registered Training Organisation for this course, Worklinks will be running a number of these one-day inductions in 2010.All courses are subject to a minimum number of 20 participants and a maximum of 30.

If a school/organisation has 10 participants or more, the Worklinks trainer is available to come and deliver the course at your school at a mutually suitable time.

Names are to be submitted to Kay Albrecht at kayalbrecht@worklinks.com.au, or 3354 3946 ext 228. Please submit participants' names TWO WEEKS prior to the course date. No payments will be taken on the day of the course. Schools with more than one participant in a course must collect individual fees from students and send one group payment to Worklinks.

 Two weeks must be allowed for processing of the White Card from the date of the course.
All courses commence at 9 am sharp and finish by 2.00 pm (with a break for morning tea).

Cost:

Secondary Students $44 inc GST
Adults $70.00 inc GST
